Modelwerk Modelagentur GmbH was founded in Hamburg by Claudia Midolo in 1995.

For almost 25 years Modelwerk has been the top modeling agency in Germany, representing more than 500 female and 100 male models. 
in both editorial and commercial.

Modelwerk focuses its attention on finding & developing new face talents from all over the world, therefore they have a New Faces Division and several staff members who concentrate on talent development. Moreover Modelwerk opened a Plus Size Division in 2011 to extend their bandwidth of clients and to satisfy the markets needs. 

The best proof of their talent development are German Models Antonia Wesseloh, Esther Heesch and Toni Garrn.
All three were discovered and developed by Modelwerk.
